CORE 330 - Serve Your Neighbors (1)
Serve Your Neighbors is designed to equip students to serve and love their neighbors as themselves in relation to God through a hands-on experience in service learning. This course will enhance critical thinking, communication, teamwork, leadership, and intercultural fluency through problem-based and inquiry-based projects that directly benefit community partners either locally or through a service-learning trip. Students will engage in a collaborative practicum, serving an organization to develop cross-cultural understanding and address real-world issues. Through hands-on experiences and reflective learning, students will deepen their commitment to fostering love and acceptance within diverse communities. May be repeated to a maximum of 3 hours.
Prerequisite(s): CORE 200 . Pre/Co-requisite: CORE 320 (except for summer service-learning trip participants).
