In “Personal Flourishing,” students will embark on a transformative journey that fosters a holistic approach to well-being, integrating spiritual, physical, mental, and financial health. Grounded in the principle of loving one’s neighbor as oneself, this course emphasizes the importance of self-care as a foundation for community flourishing. Students will participate in discussions and reflective practices, use practical tools, explore the interconnectedness of wellness dimensions, and develop strategies to enhance their lives while supporting those around them. The curriculum includes goal-setting workshops, financial literacy sessions, emotional awareness skill building, personal wellness knowledge, and spiritual growth activities,  designed to cultivate a balanced life that honors God. Students will develop the knowledge and skills to thrive personally and contribute positively to their communities.
