The B.A. in Professional Education is a viable option that will prepare the student to apply for a substitute teaching license to gain further classroom experience and go on to a Master’s degree in education for licensure, a post-baccalaureate add-on licensure, or a teaching position that does not require licensure such as a private school, a church, a library, or a textbook company.
