BIOL 1XX - Medical Terminology (2)
This course will provide an introduction to the language and vocabulary commonly used in healthcare associated professions. Students will learn commonly used medical terms with an emphasis on language roots, prefixes and suffixes. Instruction will focus on constructing, understanding and correctly using proper medical terminology in health, clinical and scientific contexts.
