NURS 441 - Professional Nursing: Leading and Managing I (2)
The focus of this course is the introduction of concepts related to professional leadership and management. Development of leadership for entry level nursing practice with emphasis on the designer/manager/coordinator of care role is described. A variety of current professional issues are examined related to leadership and collaboration. Includes theory and clinical experiences.
Co-requisite(s): NURS 407 , 409 .
Offered each Fall and Summer.
