BUS 322 - Human Resource Management (3) This course provides an overview of human resource management and its roles in the public and private sectors. Emphasis is placed in human resources as a role in the strategy function of an organization. Topics include law and regulations, recruitment, selection, and the duty of reasonable care. These foundational areas provide the basis for exploration of the employment planning.
Prerequisite(s): BUS 304 or permission of the instructor.
Offered each Fall and offered Spring 2022 and alternate Spring semesters.
