MMP 315 - Managerial Accounting(3)
This course is concerned with the provisions and use of accounting formation to managers within organizations, to provide them with the basis to make informed business decisions that will allow them to be better equipped in their management and control functions. The course covers the introduction to managerial accounting; product costing; budgetary control and responsibility accounting; analysis and techniques for aiding management planning and control decisions.
This course is open only to students registered in the MMP program.
