The minor includes the following (18 hours minimum):

• EXSC 313 - Kinesiology (3)
• PE 380 - Theory and Practice of Coaching (3)
• PE 410 - Psychology of Coaching (3)
• SMGT 301 - Management of Sport (3)
• SMGT 453 - Governance in Sport (3)

Additional Information

In addition, the student must have collegiate varsity experience or community coaching experience. The latter requirement must be approved by the Education Department faculty.
