This major is a combination of chemistry and physics. Upon completing this program, 38 hours of Professional Education requirements, and other requirements for the Bachelor of Arts degree, students will be licensed to teach chemistry and physics in grades 7-12. Students taking this major and the professional education sequence should note that one or two additional semesters may be needed to complete all the requirements.
