LEAD 521 - Research for Organizational Leaders(4) Basic research strategies and methods are presented to equip the student to investigate research problems. The development and testing of hypotheses and various research designs are introduced. The course will also heavily focus on action research. This process allows the leader to understand the needs, issues, and problems in an organization through involvement and collaboration in each stage of researching, focusing, and implementing potential solutions. No prior knowledge of statistics is necessary.
