NURS 213 - Foundations in Nursing: Clinical (1) Incorporates nursing concepts and knowledge in laboratory and clinical practice of beginning nursing skills. Utilizes the nursing process, based on the Neuman Systems Model, to develop therapeutic interventions. The goal of these interventions is optimal health. Provides three clock hours of laboratory or clinical practice per week. The clinical setting is the long-term care facility.
Offered each Fall. Transfer students must have School approval before registering for this course. Course fee.
