MUS 356 - Form and Analysis(2) A study of the more common forms in tonal music including simple and complex binary, simple and complex ternary, rounded binary, theme and variations, the Classical sonata-cycle, and fugue. Attention will be given to extended works with thorough analyses of complete movements, including works scored for orchestra.
Prerequisite(s): MUS 255.
