The community and public health minor is designed for students who desire to augment their major field of study with a concentration in core health education courses.
Students pursuing a minor in community and public health are required to complete (21 hours):
Students interested in pursuing the Certified Health Education Specialist Examination must take the required courses in the Community and Public Health minor (21 hrs); and 2 additional courses from the following for a total of 25+ semester hours:
