THES 621 - Administration of Sports Ministry(3)
The course will cover the foundations of administrating a Sports Ministry in the 21st century. Among the areas to be covered will be the following: leadership principles, staff dynamics, administrative tasks and principles, supervising paid and volunteer staff, risk management, scheduling, construction, maintenance and supervision of buildings. Not offered in 2011-12.
