(1-4)Special areas of interest identified by the student(s) for investigation. Students (individually or in a small group) can investigate an area normally not in existing courses or investigate an area in greater depth. Students must identify the topic, method of investigation and materials, and submit a proposal to the supervising faculty member for approval.
