MSW 612 - Anti-Oppressive Leadership and Administration (3) This course explores the principles and practices of anti-oppressive management and leadership within social service settings. Students will critically examine how systemic inequalities and power dynamics impact organizational structures, decision-making processes, and service delivery. This class explores theoretical frameworks and explores those frameworks’ practical applications. The course emphasizes inclusive leadership strategies that promote social justice, equity, and empowerment for marginalized communities. Students will develop skills in fostering diverse, equitable, and accountable environments.
Prerequisite(s): Advanced Standing.
