BIOL 150 - Zoo Biology and Management (2) This is a foundational course so that the student will understand all aspects of zoo operations including, but not limited to, research, conservation management, development of captive breeding programs, diet formulation, administration, education, and the ethics of keeping animals in captivity. Contemporary zoos will be used as models to explore these issues. This course is open to Zoo and Wildlife Biology majors only.
Prerequisite(s): BIOL 144, 147.
