LEAD 503 - Leadership, Management, and Organizational Behavior (3)
This is a course designed to study the behavior of individuals in organizations. Leadership and management will be defined in light of the major theories and research. Students will review research that strives to understand, explain, predict, and change human behavior within organizations. The emphasis will be on motivated behavior. Business and non-business for profit and not-for-profit organizations will be discussed. Cross-listed with MBA 503.
