LEAD 624 - Followership (3) This course moves the student into a review of a variety of current followership theories, psycho-social understandings, and best practices for followership in the modern business organization. Students will have an opportunity to read, appreciate, and come to understand the most up-to-date literature on followership philosophy, theory, research, and practice. The course will expand major themes that include relationship building, communicating, decision making, organizational agility, advocating, performance, and other issues related to followership.
