LEAD 514 - Effective Leadership Communication (3)
This course will teach current and potential leaders the communication skills necessary in order to become transformational leaders. Students will learn how to communicate effectively in a leadership role by focusing on leader language in verbal/written/and social media contexts; presentation and visual aid skills; persuasion/motivation; interpersonal skills with special attention given to mentoring, giving feedback, and networking; intercultural communication; team/meeting communication; and internal/external organizational communication.
