BUS 240 - Statistics for Business (3) A study of basic statistics concepts including measures of central tendency, variance, testing experimental hypotheses, correlation, and regression analysis. Emphasis is placed on business applications such as market research, quality control, inventory control, estimation of account balances, etc. This course meets the quantitative reasoning requirement of the general education program.
Prerequisite(s): MATH 130 or equivalent proficiency.
