EDUC 122 - Learners in a Diverse Society (3) This course emphasizes the philosophical, historical, and legal foundations of special education with particular consideration given to the principles and practices of inclusion. A personal philosophy regarding the acceptance and professional commitment to individuals with exceptional learning needs will be developed. Characteristics of learners with exceptionalities will be explored.
Co-requisite(s): EDUC 112.
