EDUC 503 - Social and Cultural Diversity from a Christian Worldview(3) This course will explore, from a Christian perspective, how issues and trends related to multiculturalism and diversity (e.g., culture, ethnicity, race, nationality, age, gender, disability, religious values, socioeconomic status, and family values) affect students, educators, and educational programs. Topics covered will integrate Christian faith and identity with ethical decision making and respect for cultural diversity and a just and moral society. A minimum of 20 hours of field experience is required. Full semester: Fall, Spring.
