Registration Procedure
Registration for Graduate students will be processed in the Office of the Registrar. All current students are expected to register on the dates designated on the University Graduate calendar. A new student may not register for classes until officially admitted to a Malone Graduate Program. Completion of Financial Aid forms and company reimbursement policies, if applicable, must be on file or payment is required by the due date to complete the registration. The Business Office provides eBills to students approximately 2 weeks before the payment due dates. They are accessible through Malone Xpress.
Payment Plans
All charges are due and payable at the time of registration (full payment) for each semester unless one of the following alternative payment plans is selected:
Monthly Payment Plan
Total tuition and fees will be divided into equal monthly payments within the term/semester enrolled. Equal monthly payments are due the tenth of each month during the term/semester. A service fee will be assessed per semester.
Business Reimbursement Plan
This plan allows the student to defer payment of tuition that is reimbursable by a student’s employer. To qualify, the student must provide a copy of the employer’s reimbursement policy and verification of eligibility. There is a participation fee each semester. Tuition costs that are not reimbursable by the company must be paid by the student using one of the payment plans listed. Company reimbursement payments are due within thirty days of the scheduled completion of each course. The student can be held responsible for payment if company reimbursement is delayed beyond thirty days of the scheduled completion of each course.
Method of Payment
Payments may be made with cash, check (payable to Malone University), Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Payments may also be made on ePioneer via Malone Xpress.

To qualify for a student loan the graduate student must:
- Be degree-seeking or seeking teacher licensure for the classroom. Note: principal, counseling, and other administrative licensure students are eligible for private education loans only. For more private loan information, go to www.malone.edu/loans and click on “More Information” at the bottom of the page.
- Be enrolled for at least 5 semester hours (not including Graduate Workshop hours) for degree-seeking students and at least 6 semester hours for students seeking teacher licensure.
