The world is in need of Christian leaders who have a solid biblical and theological understanding of ministry and are motivated by a genuine compassion to share the message of Christ. In addition, lay leaders as well as those in vocational ministry must possess an understanding of current trends in modern society as well as the most effective strategies to extend the Kingdom of God. The leadership concentration is designed to help prepare leaders in the roles of clergy and lay leaders in churches and Christian organizations.
