(3)Using the assembly language of a major current hardware platform, students learn major computer science technical concepts including addressing, instruction types and formats, data representation, transfer of control, and hardware/software interaction.
Prerequisite(s): CPSC 290, 304; MATH 210 or permission of the instructor.
