LEAD 520 - Research for Organizational Leaders (3) Basic research strategies are presented to equip the student to investigate research problems. Using both conventional, hypothetico-deductive methods and action research orientations, students learn to apply principles of inquiry to organizational problems and to consider the role of one’s Christian faith during inquiry and assessment. This allows the leader to understand the needs, issues, and problems in an organization through involvement and collaboration in each stage of planning, implementing, and evaluating potential solutions. While some basic data management techniques are introduced, no prior knowledge of statistics is necessary.
