(3)The course focuses on perceptions of gender and uses sociological analysis to examine issues related to male/female interaction and identity. Theoretical perspectives will be explored along with a focus on gender roles. A section on media representations of masculinity and femininity will also be included.
Prerequisite(s): SOC 201.
