(3)This course is intended to provide students with a basic understanding of how groups function and to explore the application of his understanding to everyday situations. The nature of the course is experiential and is designed to give students the opportunity to apply knowledge of concepts such as group goals, norms, roles, functions, and decision making to the processes functioning within groups.
Prerequisite(s): COMM 110.
